Here is a run-down of what you need to do as the own of the site:
- Edit the files in the includes folder to your liking.
- Edit the URL's in each link to suite your needs (login box and registration links are done)
- Upload the included file 'HTStats.php' to your root forum directory, in your case 'forums/'.
- Not all links have corresponding HTML pages inside the includes folder, as I am not familiar with your site and where you will have things located. So, if the link you want working doesn't work, make your HTML page and stick in inside the includes folder and link up to it.
