• Knowledgeable in basic programming in HTML / CSS / PHP / MYSQL
• Manage and own personal web server
• Have worked with CPanel, Web Host Manager and Ensim

Most payments will be worked out once I know what I will be creating. If it is an easy job, I will charge by the page. If it is a more difficult job, I will charge by the hour.

Requirements:
Server Space - I do not provide server space*, unless additional monthly hosting costs are added onto the contract.
Domain Name - I am not a domain name sales site, you will need to acquire one on your own**.
Admin Priveleges on the server - For site building only, once site is completed, you can choose to change login name and password, or keep me on to maintain the site, in which I will still require the information. This information will be kept fully confidential.
Contract signing - For previous mis-judgements in my past, I require a contract to be signed for the deal that will be verbally outlined, then added to the contract. The contract will cover payment methods, payment dates, and what the payments are for. This is to protect you, the employer, and myself, the employee.
